Hi Edwin; If all your'e looking for is a simple AC DC volt/ma/ohmmeter for circuit testing and continuity, you can get one for ten bucks practically anywhere. The last one I bought was something like 8.95 and it measures to 1000 volts AC DC, .5 to 500 milliamperes, and xk - x10 ohms. Works great for car circuits.
